Divided into two areas, it offers the possibility of
– spend time in company playing cards or reading in the living area
– dine together indoors on cooler evenings
Kitchen
Fully equipped indoor kitchen fridge, freezer, toaster, water kettle, American coffee maker, microwave, traditional oven and everything you need to cook just like at home.
Bedrooms
The house has 2 bedrooms each with independent air-conditioning divided as follows:
Master bedroom: located on the upper floor, it has a double bed and a single bed, a private bathroom accessible directly from the room. It also enjoys a large terrace with a panoramic view of the surrounding hills.
Triple room: located on the ground floor
Bathrooms
All bathrooms are complete with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.
GARDEN AND OUTDOOR AREAS
The swimming pool is divided into two areas, one part has a depth of 1.20 m ideal for younger children, while the second part has a depth of 2.10 m for older children.
The pool is surrounded by the sunbathing area equipped with sunbeds and a shower.
Next to the pool is a large veranda with:
– Barbeque for outdoor cooking while enjoying the sun.
– Table and chairs for eating all together.
